[JP] SECTION 1: [JP] SHOPPING & PAYMENTS

[JP] The Global Mall is a next-generation e-commerce platform to enable seamless digital shopping experiences. Currently in its pre-registration phase, it allows early adopters to preview features, pre-register, and earn exclusive rewards before full launch.
[JP] During the pre-launch phase, a limited showcase of products and digital goods is available for preview. As merchants complete onboarding, the full marketplace will offer lifestyle items, gift cards, health and wellness products, and more.
[JP] Initially, traditional methods such as credit cards are supported for select merchants. Integration of digital currencies will roll out gradually as part of our phased onboarding.
[JP] Not yet. Digital currency options will become available after merchant integrations are finalized and tested. You can still pre-register to receive updates and earn rewards for early participation.
[JP] No. Digital currency is one of several supported payment methods. Customers will always have the flexibility to choose what works best for them.
[JP] Yes. Security and compliance are core to our mission. All user and transaction data is protected through encryption and in accordance with Japan’s regulatory standards.

[JP] SECTION 2: [JP] REWARDS & CAMPAIGNS

[JP] Customers or merchants can receive rewards and exclusive early-access perks. You’ll also be added to the early release list for product updates, loyalty campaigns, and referral bonuses.
[JP] RYO-CHAN is a campaign and community mascot supporting causes like animal advocacy. Rewards tied to RYO-CHAN campaigns will be usable on the Global Mall after official launch.
[JP] The Global Mall proudly supports the Go Japan Pride Campaign — a cultural initiative celebrating Japan’s heritage, values, and spirit of unity. As part of this collaboration, early registrants will gain priority access to exclusive cultural product lines, themed rewards, and limited-edition campaign events as they become available.

[JP] SECTION 3: [JP] FOR MERCHANTS

[JP] Merchants can pre-register now through our simple onboarding form. Early merchant partners will have access to tools for uploading products, managing inventory, and participating in promotional campaigns.
[JP] No. The platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, even for those unfamiliar with digital currency. If you can manage a basic e-commerce dashboard, you can run your Global Mall store.
[JP] Yes. As a registered merchant, you’ll be able to view and manage customer order data, support requests, and more via your dashboard after it is public.
[JP] Yes, the Global Mall proudly offers a highly competitive fee structure compared to other platforms. However, all fees — including onboarding, annual, and listing fees — are waived during your first year as part of our early merchant onboarding program. A fully transparent breakdown of fees will be provided during the registration process.
[JP] Yes — international merchants are welcome to apply now. You can join our Global Interest List by submitting a simple application, selecting your country, and sharing the products or services you offer. This will help us prepare for the next onboarding phase following our initial rollout in Japan. All international applications will be reviewed and prioritized for upcoming global expansion stages.

[JP] SECTION 4: [JP] ACCOUNT & SECURITY

[JP] If your business is in Japan, click “Register” to pre-register. Customer accounts will be available once general onboarding begins later in 2025.
[JP] Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption and follow strict data protection policies. Your information is safe and never shared without consent.

[JP] SECTION 5: [JP] ORDERS & SUPPORT

[JP] Shipping policies vary by merchant. Regional availability will be clearly shown during checkout once full product listings are live.
[JP] After customer accounts are activated, you’ll be able to log in to view your order history, status.
[JP] Returns and refunds are managed directly between the merchant and the customer. We provide tools and support to help both sides manage the process fairly.
